Instagram #14

I occasionally like to catch up on my week through Instagram in a blog post. This is the time where you can explain in more detail about what you have been up to without just posting a photo.  I started off the week coming back from my hometown where I had been painting ready for when I move back there. (If I am causing confusion basically I have a new job in Nottingham so I'm moving back to my home town which is a few minutes away). I feel that maybe next year I would like to move properly into the city, but for now to get my feet on the ground and save up for a new car I figured moving back home is the best option for me.

So I have been buying some new bits and pieces that will tie in nicely to my fresh new room. Cushions from h&m, a marble tray for when I take my jewelry off before bed, an adorable elephant ring holder from Next and of course another initial mug as I'm thinking I may take this one up to the office I will be working in.

Mid week me and my boyfriend went out for a lunch date to Frankie & Benny's and went to the cinema to see a film called Unfinished Business which was pretty funny and Dave Franco is in it who is my guilty pleasure (him over Zac Efron in Bad Neighbours anyday, sorry not sorry).

More shopping was involved this week to make the most of my 50 percent discount I get from working at New Look and getting through my last few shifts of working there. I actually will miss shop floor retail and I am shocked I am saying that! You really do get some perks which in particular for me is helping customers find what they want, maybe help them put an outfit together and then sometimes that results in gaining really good feedback from them. It's that part that I will miss.

Here and there I have also been reading that book that every blogger seems to have. How To Be Parisian. I just had to join in on the hype and see what the fuss was all about. So far I am intrigued and do find it humorous here and there  but not 100% made my mind up about it yet. If you are wondering where you can get it from I purchased it from Urban Outfitters for £16.99.

It's been a good week overall as I have been so busy and really that is when I am at my happiness - being productive and not sitting around doing nothing then feeling guilty about it later on!

At the end of the day, the best thing a woman can have is her shit together, so keep busy, keep moving forward, enjoy life, stay sass.
