Sunday positivity

It was decided that after I had my 30 minute work out, morning shower, popped on my body lotion and did my usual tan routine, followed by a good tidy - and a clothes wash sort out - that I could treat my self with a chocolate cookie protein shake and a re read of August Vogue - the inside scoop on Victoria Beckham's life. I am not usually that super productive but I woke up in such a positive and productive mood and I love it when that happens. I don't want to fool you guys or make you think I work out everyday because I haven't in ages and it is something I need to get back into - going on runs and using my boyfriend's weights to help myself tone up. I can get in serious 'health freak' moments and I am starting to have that phase again. Lets hope it stays this time. I read a quote the other day which I need to keep reminding myself of, 'A year from now you will wish you had started today'. I am in my early 20's and if you start looking after yourself properly from now, imagine how thankful you will be for it even in 20 years time. It's got to be worth it. And I'll leave with a second cheesy quote, 'You can change your future by changing your attitude'.  That comes with everything. It's cringe but it's true.

  3. It's really hard for me to make myself to workout. The thing is I found new job not so long ago and I still can't adjust my life rhythm to the new job. Of course, I'm grateful, that I found it (thanks to by the way, they edited my resume so cool, I got a job in few days), but I miss my workout time. Hope that soon I'll manage my time and will do sports more often.
